1 HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS SAFELY

Most commonly used Essential oils and their healing properties:

  1. Eucalyptus – is good for boosting immunity
  2. Peppermint – it fights headaches, and also increase energy
  3. Lemon – it reduces nausea
  4. Grapefruit – it reduces food intake and improves fat burning mode
  5. Lavender – it soothes eczema, and also improves sleep
  6. Frankincense – it is anti inflammatory
  7. Rosemary – it improves memory
  8. Clary sageand Ylan ylang – they regulates hormones
  1. EASY PREPARATION OF ESSENTIAL OILS
  • In 5/10/15ml bottle fill with career oil (coconut, jojoba, avocado, argan oil, olive oil), then add few drops off essential oils -refer to the photo for dosage
  • 0.5% -1% dilution is for children and for sensitive skin
  • 2% – 3% dilution is standard for adults
  • 4% – 10% dilution for acute condition
    1. ANTI DEPRESSION AND MOOD BOOSTING BLEND 

    ( Put 6 drops of each in 30 ml career oil)

    • Sweet or mild orange essential oil
    • Vanilla essential oil
    • Lemon essential oil

    (Massage your whole body with this blend)

  1. ANTI DEPRESSION AND MOOD BOOSTING BLEND 

( Put 6 drops of each in 30 ml career oil)

  • Sweet or mild orange essential oil
  • Vanilla essential oil
  • Lemon essential oil

(Massage your whole body with this blend)

  1. HORMONAL BALANCING BLEND

(2%-5% dilution in a roller or spray bottles)

  • Lemongrass essential oil
  • Clary Sage essential oil
  • Geranium essential oil
  • Ylang Ylang essential oil

(Apply over thyroid, abdomen and tights twice daily)

  1. FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

Put 5-10 drops of Lavanda essential oil in a diffuser or a humidifier  

  1. FOR BOOSTING BRAIN ACTIVITY 

Use 5-10 drops peppermint or orange or lemon or rosemary essential oil in a diffuser or humidifier.

Use these precautions when using essential oils:

  • It is important to know that you need to test the essential oils first on your skin before start using them topically (apply double the solution you want to take on your skin and wait for reactions).
  • Do not use bergamot essential oil when gong outside on the sun to avoid sunburn
  • When combining with water the shelf life of the essential oils is reduced to 1 year aproximately
