    We Muslim fasts for 16 or 18 hours per day regularly for 29 days in a year It is religiously obligatory on us. We follow the lonar calendar that give us a chance to fast the minimum and maximum fasting hour in life. The spane of fasting is rotating that give us the chance to have it every season.
